“MY ANGEL SHALL GO BEFORE THEE,”
representing the evangelical and commanding power of the Word, but
guarding the Lord’s prerogative. “In the day on which I will
visit them,[1155]...” —

CLEMENT
OF ALEXANDRIA (circa. 153-217 C.E.): "...In
this place HERE HE IS [THE] TEACHER OF THE INSTRUCTION. For it was in
truth, even the Lord, through Moses, the Instructor, even a new
leader, but through his intermediate agency, face to face. For
"Behold!" as it says to Moses: "MY
PERSONAL ANGEL[*]
WILL JOURNEY BEFORE YOU," meaning the good news AND
LEADERSHIP OF THE POWERFUL LOGOS..."
