Jesus, the Apostles, Moses and the Prophets, and also the Earliest of the so-called Apostolic "Fathers" and the Apologists did ( not ) teach, preach or even mention a trinity as worshiped today in the Churches of Christendom.

"...Novatian finally ends his treatise with allusions to the passage in 1 Corinthians (15:24-28) that speaks of the final subjection of the Son to the Father, ‘that God may be all in all.’ His own stance is thus subordinationist and can be explained in reference to his reliance on Biblical passages.
